Here are some tips to clean and maintain your jewelry:

• Keep jewelry away from chemicals including perfumes or lotions.
• Remove jewelry before swimming in the pool or ocean, as chlorine or salt water will cause the material to tarnish quickly.
• Soak jewelry in clean warm water with dish soap, then rinse and dry with a soft, clean cloth.
• Use a soft polishing cloth or Kleenex to easily clean the jewelry.
• Store jewelry in a cloth pouch or in a jewelry box.

To qualify for an exchange:

• Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
• Earrings and personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
